Private Pilates Sessions
To begin your Pilates experience at Bodhi Pilates, we highly recommend an initial private pilates sessions. Private sessions are the best way to introduce you to the amazing benefits of Pilates. In a Private Pilates session, one of Bodhi's knowledgeable instructors will expertly evaluate your goals and give you the individualized attention you deserve.
To that end, you will experience a 55-minute session tailored to your body’s level and desired focus on the various pieces of Pilates equipment: the Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, EXO Chair, Ladder Barrel and/or Avalon Barrel. A private session allows a unique whole body experience of discovery and awareness, while simultaneously strengthening, toning and increasing flexibility.
Semi-Private Pilates Sessions
A semi-private session is a single lesson shared by two or three people. Semi-Private Sessions provide a more personalized attention than a group class.
When you share a Pilates semi-private session with a friend or loved one, you are making a commitment to two people. Not only will this help keep you progress individually, but a shared Pilates session can be a fun way to spend time with your friends as you work toward your own goals.
Looking for personalized attention in an intimate setting? Our small group sessions vary in equipment and theme. All of our group equipment classes are limited to five people so you can receive personalized attention from your instructor. These sessions give you the opportunity to experience all the Pilates apparatus at an affordable price point. All-Level group sessions are suited to any fitness level, as our instructors provide modifications based on your ability and needs. Fundamental, Intermediate and Advanced classes are also available, which are tailored to specific levels. All sessions vary week to week. Our pilates group classes are conducted on Reformer, Jumpboard, Tower and/or Chair. All group equipment classes are limited to a maximum of five individuals.
This athletic conditioning Reformer workout is great for those looking for a challenge or for those conditioning for sports or their favorite active outdoor hobbies. Bodhi Barre Fusion
A fun energetic workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates and Yoga. This class incorporates exercises that will challenge and increase strength, stabilization and flexibility. This class is further designed to increase coordinated movement patterns and muscular control. This fusion of Pilates and Dance will tone, define and chisel the whole body.
We are one of only a few studios in the nation that offer a Cadillac class. This Cadillac class will focus on exploring fundamental and intermediate Pilates exercises on the Pilates Cadillac/Trapeze Table. This class helps stretch, lengthen and tone the body. Classical Pilates consists of hundreds of exercises developed by Joseph H. Pilates. This class focuses on the Classical order of exercises designed by Joseph Pilates. The exercises and precise order which evolved from Joseph Pilates' teachings are designed to increase strength, enhance breath and mobility, decrease structural strain and stress, improve flexibility and increase blood flow and circulation.
This exciting and energetic workout fuses the intensity and variety of boot camp and core strength of Pilates. This class will get your heart rate elevated quickly. You should be prepared to sweat in this fast-paced, circuit workout utilizing a variety of Pilates equipment and props! This class will be a fun challenge. This is an All-Level group class which is suited to any fitness level, as our instructors provide modifications based on your ability and needs.
This quick paced, high intensity 30 minute express workout is designed to bring you maximum fitness results in minimal time. We will focus on two specific muscles groups each class and explore a variety of exercises that target each muscle focus. In this class, you will build strong, flexible, and toned muscles. Enjoy all the benefits of a Pilates class in half the time!
This group class will vary in equipment and theme each week. Group equipment classes will be conducted on Reformer, Jump Board, Cadillac and/or Chair. This is an Intermediate class, which is tailored to intermediate and advanced clients. Jump Board Class
This group session is a challenging class that will get your heart rate elevated. You should be prepared to sweat in this fast paced Jump Board workout! This class will be a fun challenge. This is an All-Level group class which is suited to any fitness level, as our instructors provide modifications based on your ability and needs.
Mixed Level Pilates
This group class will vary in equipment and theme every week. Group equipment classes will be conducted on Reformer, Jump Board, Cadillac and/or Chair. This is an All-Level group class, which is suited to any fitness level, as our instructors provide modifications based on your ability and needs.
This class is intended for beginners and is designed to help you build a strong foundation in the Pilates method. This class is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels and no previous experience in Pilates is necessary. This class will also explore various pieces of equipment, focusing primarily on Reformer, Jump Board, Tower and Chair.
Pilates for Runners & Cyclists
For a runner or cyclist, posture is paramount, and posture is dependent on a strong core. This class will focus on postural asymmetries, which can help you limit the wear and tear on your joints. This class will also teach awareness of movement habits that may stress the spine/joints, and helps runners and cyclists change these habits to those that preserve proper mechanics. Awareness of excessive tension and the use of proper focus helps you use the body efficiently. This class will assist runners and cyclists to work toward muscular balance for rehabilitation and/or injury prevention. This class will assist in the release of muscular tension through myofascial release. You will learn about your own patterns of tension, and how to change them. You will work toward Improving flexibility and strength in order to preserve your body and keep moving.
Pilates Sculpt is a modern twist to a classical Pilates work out. This class will focus on a variation of the traditional and contemporary Pilates exercises using various props, light hand weights, stability balls, small balls, foam rollers, residence bands and more. This class will help develop a strong inner core while sculpting long, lean muscles. If you are looking to add some variety to your work outs, this class is truly a complete body workout and will leave you feeling energized, strong and stretched. This class is available to all fitness levels.
Pilates Suspension Training
This innovative class challenges every core muscles. This class promotes increased balance, muscle tone and endurance without taxing the joints. This suspension system includes two independent ropes which create four suspension points. This allows for endless opportunities to suspend the body from each point. Each point choice adds strength, flexibility, balance and proprioceptive challenges.
Pilates ~ Yoga Fusion
In this class you will experience the benefits of both Pilates and Yoga. There is a lovely marriage between the two practices and you will get the benefit of both! You will focus on strengthening the mind body connection, discovering length and strength in your muscles and reducing stress. You will practice Pilates exercises on the equipment and practice some classic yoga asana (poses). All levels welcome.
Sports Performance Pilates
This class is intended for athletes. Pilates can boost your performance in sports and physical activities by improving your strength and flexibility. Pilates can also assist your performance in preventing injuries. Whether your a weekend warrior, avid golfer, skier, biker or runner, this class is for you.
Therapeutic Stretching Class
Bodhi places special emphasis on form and injury prevention. Therapeutic stretching is the most efficient method for anyone to improve flexibility. Flexibility is fundamental to efficient movement and to injury prevention. Stretching allows us to release muscular tension and alleviate common aches and pains associated with stress, age, sports or too much work at the computer. This class combines flexibility and strengthening with relaxation to lighten the load on your spine and joints by correcting muscular imbalances due to bad posture or misuse of muscles, and alleviate tension. For sufferers of the physical effects of stress, athletes, weekend warriors and those with neck or back pain, this class is a unique opportunity to learn to unwind. You will learn about your own patterns of tension, and how to change them. You will gain deeper insight to yourself. Improving flexibility and strength improves the quality of your life.

Group Mat Classes
Mat classes are challenging and will work your core, but are gentle enough for those new to Pilates. Pilates is designed to create alignment in the body, as well and strengthen and tone the arms, core and legs. If you've never tried Pilates before but have at least a little experience with yoga or other fitness classes, this is a great place to start! This class is suitable for advanced beginner to advanced students.
At Home - Bodhi Ball Workout

Bodhi Pilates offers an intensive and progressive three-hour Pilates Workshop once a month. Each workshop is unique, but each has an emphasis in exploring Pilates fundamental, intermediate and advanced exercises. We breakdown a series of Pilates exercises and perfect each exercise on each Apparatus. This workshop will challenge your strength and will help you progress and grow your Pilates practice. These workshops are a great course for clients who want to be more precise and meticulous in their practice. This course is intended for Intermediate or Advanced clients.
