"I am 59 years old and I do sprint triathlons and run 1/2 marathons.  I have noticed huge changes in the strength of my body over the last 2 years I have been doing pilates with Laura.  These changes came to a realization to me 2 weeks ago.  I helped a client of mine move out of their home.  They are 25 to 30 years younger than I am and are very active.   At the end of the day they were moaning and groaning about their arms hurting and legs being sore.
